Description
Have you ever wanted to take your children to play outside but weren’t exactly sure what to do? If so, you’re invited to bring your 2-5-year-old children on an outdoor adventure to learn all about different aspects of nature around Deception Pass State Park! Come on out to Deception Pass to join park staff in the bi-weekly program called Family in Nature.
Family in Nature is a program offered in partnership with Deception Pass State Park, Deception Pass Park Foundation, and Fidalgo Nature School. This nature-based program is designed with fun and highly interactive experiences for the whole family. Programs last approximately 90 minutes and consist of exploration stations, crafts, stories, and creative play.
PRE-REGISTER your family unit below for each program, not per child.
*Please Note Registration will open on Eventbrite on the 1st and 15th at 8am of every month for each subsequent program. For example, on January 1st, registration for Feathered Friends will open and on January 15th, registration for Wonderful Winter Weather will open.
Who
Age 2-5 with Parents/Caregivers who are REQUIRED to stay with their child for the duration of the program and are encouraged to participate.
