A few years ago, I came across Halloween costumes on clearance and bought a few that I thought my kids would love. Yet thanks to growth spurts and changing interests, most of them won’t ever be worn by our children. Maybe you've done the same thing, have last year's Halloween costumes, or outgrown dress up clothes laying around. Burlington Public Library has the perfect answer to our costume dilemmas.

Burlington Public Library is hosting a Costume Swap! Now through Halloween, donate a clean costume of any size and choose a new (to you) costume!
You do not need to donate a costume to receive one. There are no age or income restrictions.
Burlington Public Library is located at 820 E Washington Ave., Burlington, WA 98233 and is open from 10am - 5pm.
